Participants will be able to identify and apply foundational knowledge regarding body inclusivity, the spectrum of eating disorders, and associated risk factors, recognizing the urgency and subtle signs within school environments. Participants will be able to critically evaluate existing school policies and practices and implement strategies rooted in body positivity, body neutrality, and Health at Every Size (HAES) principles to cultivate a culture that fosters acceptance, belonging, and respects diverse body sizes and shapes. Participants will be able to integrate self-care practices into their professional approach and effectively communicate body-positive messages to promote overall mental health and a strong sense of belonging among students.
