Supporting Students with Chronic Medical Conditions

Participants will gain knowledge about the common chronic medical conditions students face and their implications across developmental levels. They will develop skills for supporting students with chronic medical conditions academically, socially, and emotionally. Participants will understand how to effectively collaborate with hospital-based staff, outpatient providers, and families when working with students managing chronic medical conditions.
