How to Have Difificult Conversations; Finding Confidence and Practical Skills for the Everyday Issues

Participants will be able to identify and reflect on their personal values and how these influence their approach to challenging situations, fostering a greater sense of self-awareness and confidence in navigating difficult conversations. 

Participants will be able to identify and articulate the various forms of bias, including implicit bias, and learn practical strategies to identify, address, and minimize the impact of bias on their interactions and decision-making processes. Participants will gain tools and techniques for navigating high-stakes conversations, including managing intent versus impact, practicing bystander intervention, and confidently addressing sensitive or contentious topics.
