Participants will develop an understanding of publicly available data sources around attendance for the commonwealth of Massachusetts. They will understand the usage of and an approach to a cycle of inquiry. Participants will leave with an understanding of next steps in their school or district to have an inclusive review of attendance and other early warning data.

Participants will learn how to effectively navigate the policy challenges to the consideration of race, gender, other identities in education. They will learn about the landscape of local, state, and national policy challenges to the consideration of race, gender, other identities in education. Participants will also learn how to analyze and implement policy with a focus on equity.
