This session will explore the importance of self-care when building resilience and supporting our students. If you as the educator are not taking care of yourself, you will not be able to attend to the needs of your students especially those impacted by trauma. There is a direct link between self-care, resilience, and the ability to overcome trauma. Ideally, participants should take all 5 workshops to maximum learning potential on this important topic.
