Speaker: Windi Bowditch, MA, LMHC
Description: This webinar will review how stress impacts students and can become toxic, leading to increased mental health concerns especially during adolescence. This webinar will identify the critical contributing factors to the recent increases in stress and anxiety, how it can impact the brain and affect social/emotional functioning. This webinar will identify the factors in helping these students build resilience to minimize mental health crises and successfully navigate through these difficult times. This is especially critical in a time when we are all impacted by the added stress of COVID 19.
