NEW - Cultural Proficiency
To foster equitable social and emotional development for every student, educators are encouraged to adapt to the diversity of their community and allow students to see their lives reflected in curriculum, instructional materials, and school practices. Designed to engage, challenge, and provoke serious conversations related to diversity, this in-service workshop promotes educational equity through the lens of cultural proficiency and provides a model for individual transformation and organizational change.
