Description: How many of us have set a goal to exercise, lose weight or save money or any goal only to find one week later despite our determination, we've fallen back to our old habits? Turns out we humans have very little "willpower" - what we need is "way power." We need a way to make our goals stick. In this session, you will learn how to write a goal and the learn the "way power" to get it!
