This webinar will address aspects of digital wellbeing that have become critical components during distance, hybrid and socially distanced learning. Participants will learn current research and strategies, as well as curriculum that maximizes students' healthy use of screens, including ways for youth to create solutions and agency as well.

Most MPY webinars are available to ONLY current employees of member districts and organizations. Public school memberships include police and fire personnel. Former and retired employees, members of committees including but not limited to PTO/PTA, PAC, School Improvement Councils, Health Councils, Drug/Alcohol Councils and school volunteers are not considered MPY members.
PDPs and CEUs
PDPs are offered for all MPY professional development webinars. PDPs are issued for a minimum of 10 hours. Any combination of webinars an individual attends will be used to accumulate PDPs.
PDPs certificates will be issued at the end of the school year for all MPY webinars an individual attends during this school year. PDPs can only be issued to participants who have attended the webinars and submitted the appropriate paperwork. PDP certificates will be emailed to attendees at the end of the school year.
Continuing Education Units (CEUs) are available for clinical staff from the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) and the Massachusetts Mental Health Counselors Association, Inc. (MaMHCA). Approval is granted by the NASW and the MaMHCA for each event. Event participants may request CEUs by filling out the request form above.
