Speaker: Bob Desaulniers, CAGS, M.Ed., Educational Consultant, AthenaK12 Speaker

Webinar Description
Managing conflict is an integral part of the day-to-day responsibilities of school administrators, counselors, and teachers. How educators deal with conflict sets the tone for a school’s safe and supportive culture. Conflicts may involve administrator-teacher, teacher-student, teacher-teacher, student-student, and educator-parent. This training will focus on both proactive measures to reduce conflict as well as on developing skills required to engage in productive constructive conversations. The more skilled school personnel are at managing conflict, the more effective they will be on the job, creating a stronger school culture for students.
