December 1, 2021 | 3:30 pm - 5:30 pm
Registration is closed
Session 2: December 15, 2021
Speaker: Alex Hirshberg, Psy.D., James Levine and Associates, P.C., South Hadley, Mass.
Designing effective programs for students with primary emotional disabilities can be very challenging. There are often very diverse presenting concerns and significant variability in a student's capacity to be successful in an inclusive learning environment. This training will review best practices for in-district social-emotional programs to support internal program evaluation and action planning. Learning objectives include identifying entrance and exit criteria, supporting meaningful inclusion, assessing and developing social-emotional skills, and designing effective reinforcement systems.
Attendees must register for and participate in both webinar sessions. A code will be given out during each session for accountability purposes. Please hold onto the codes- you will enter them into one PDP and/or CEU form, which are available on the Request Forms page on the MPY website. Forms must be completed within 8 days of the 2nd session.
