Webinar Description
Overwhelming stress can accompany the joys of being an educator. In this workshop, we will explore the different domains of self-care and how they apply to your well-being, and how they connect to your classroom. You will learn easy, effective, cost-accessible ways to incorporate more self-care into the classroom to cultivate a positive culture and improve outcomes. There will be time for self-reflection, small group discussions, and sharing ideas for how best to care for ourselves and our students.

Attendees must register for and participate in all 3 webinar sessions. A code will be given out during each session for accountability purposes. Please hold onto all 3 codes- you will enter them into the PDP/CEU forms. Forms must be completed within 8 days of the 3rd session. PDP/CEU forms are available on the page of the 3rd session.
