Delete the phrase “do you have any questions” and learn to engage technicians in a back and forth conversation that unlocks their curiosity and gets to the heart of what they need from you as a supervisor. Learn the value of shared vulnerability and why you should get comfortable with discomfort in front of your technicians. Create a supervisory relationship where technicians are truly safe to bring their full, honest, best selves to their sessions, ultimately benefitting the clients.

About the Speakers
Sabrina Rando, Ed.D, BCBA, LABA, IBA
Sabrina Rando, Ed.D, BCBA, LABA, IBA (she/her) began working with children with autism in 2003. She was immediately drawn to the field by both the challenge and the reward of teaching children to communicate and to become more independent. She has worked with several populations and in many settings, including public school, private school, residential settings, and in client homes. She earned a master’s degree in behavior analysis from Simmons College and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2013.
