WAKEFIELD — Massachusetts Partnerships for Youth (MPY) is proud to announce that nine students from across the Commonwealth have been chosen as winners of this year’s annual poster project.

There were 324submissions made by students from 47 school districts this year. MPY has hosted the poster project since 2009 to engage students on important topics and provide a platform for their voices.

The theme for the 2022-2023 project, “The Earth Loves You. Love it Back”, was focused on the continued movement to be green and sustainable, and it challenged students to cover topics such as reducing paper consumption, saving electricity, educating others on sustainable development goals and planting trees.

“Our annual poster project seeks to empower students to find their creative voices as they respond to and learn from MPY’s theme,” said Executive Director Daniels. “The students who responded this year are talented, thoughtful, and very expressive. Students from across the Commonwealth have inspired us to take better care of our environment.”
