Incentive systems are a common component of many Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) to shape more appropriate behavior. Counselors and teachers are often tasked with developing these incentive structures. This training provides an overview of the different ways to develop a reinforcement system. Participants will also gain a deeper understanding of effective implementation and progress monitoring.
