Description
Students who have experienced many Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) experience disrupted neurodevelopment that impacts their ability to find success in the classroom. The major skill need areas include Affect Identification, Affect Communication, Behavioral Coping, and Cognitive Coping. This training will define these skill areas and provide concrete strategies for teaching these skills and helping to generalize them to the classroom.
