Dana Gastich French, M.A., Founder & Lead Consultant, UpRiver Education

Description

In this interactive 3-hour seminar, K–12 leaders will explore what it truly means to lead for Multilingual Learner (ML) success—beyond compliance checklists and toward coherent, system-wide support for language development and equitable access to grade-level learning. Using the Massachusetts Blueprint for English Learner (EL) Success as a guiding framework, participants will reflect on their current district or school practices and identify high-leverage next steps to strengthen instruction, family partnership, and data-informed decision-making for multilingual learners.
