This webinar guides participants through a reflective journey to examine their own identities and biases with compassion, develop intentionally aligned community practices, learn best transferable practices through an indigenous lens, and cultivate school cultures rooted and resourced in equity and inclusion.
To receive PDPs and CEUs, participants must attend all 5 sessions and successfully pass a quiz following Session 5. Within 24 hours of the live webinar, registrants will be emailed a link to view the recorded webinar. The recording will be made available for 7 days after each session.
About the Speaker

Cyndi Weekes Bradley, M.A.T., (she/her) the founder and CEO of The Equity Process, was born in Barbados. She immigrated with her family to America in 1980. She was raised in Dorchester, MA, and attended Boston Public Schools including one of its examination schools. She has over 20-years of school-based experience within teaching and leadership. While leading 10-years of private consulting in strategic planning, social justice, and racial equity awareness. She is a CAST UDL Train-The-Trainer and PBIS Coach certified. She holds a Bachelor of Art with a major in sociology and a minor in child psychology from the University of Massachusetts. She also holds a Master of Art in Teaching from Simmons University (Formerly Simmons College – Class of 2006). In addition, she has attained a professional certification in Urban Leadership from Harvard University’s National Institute for Urban School Leaders. Cyndi holds an ECE Teacher Certification from MA Department of Early Education and Care. She also holds several MA Department of Elementary and Secondary Education certifications. She has three certifications in school-based leadership – PreK-5, 5-6, and 9-12 as a Principal/Assistant Principal. In addition, attained a MA DESE certification of SPED Administrator at All Levels; as well as one for a School Superintendent. Her talents and gifts support the growth of staff, students, and families through the process of seeking deeper knowledge, distributive leadership, equity, racial equity, instructional leadership, special education, and creating authentic shared spaces for district and school staff to unpack and leverage their work.
Membership Information
Most MPY webinars are available ONLY to current staff from member districts and organizations. Public school memberships include police and fire personnel. Former and retired employees and members of committees, including but not limited to, PTO/PTA, PAC, School Improvement Councils, Health Councils, Drug/Alcohol Councils, and school volunteers, are not considered MPY members.
PDPs and CEUs
MPY is an approved Professional Development Provider through the Massachusetts Department of Elementary & Secondary Education (Provider No. F20180079). Professional Development Points (PDPs) are offered for most MPY professional development webinars. PDPs are issued in 10 hour increments, per DESE requirements.
Continuing Education Units (CEUs) are available for clinical staff through the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) and the Massachusetts Mental Health Counselors Association, Inc. (MaMHCA). The NASW and the MaMHCA approve each event individually. CEUs may be given in hourly increments.

Event Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a MPY webinar you must cancel, through Bonnie Mullen at bonnie@mpyinc.org, one business day before the webinar.
For MPY hybrid conferences, the date in-person registration closes will be posted on MPY’s website. Virtual conference registration will close one business day before the hybrid conference. You cannot cancel or switch your registration from in-person to virtual after in-person registration closes. Please email Bonnie Mullen at bonnie@mpyinc.org with any questions regarding registration.
